A little about me

From a young age, I was inspired by the tales of the mysteries of our world told by storytellers, adventurers and journalists who brought these stories to the masses. Although we have now reached our planet's far corners and high peaks, there are still stories to be told, and I wish to share these with the world.

I work as an expedition medic and photojournalist in some of the world’s harshest and most remote environments. I have written as a political commentator with Young Voices UK and am the Volunteer Photo Lead for Adventure Medic Magazine. My written work focuses on health, conservation, humanitarian crises and conflict, which can be viewed under the media tab. I co-host the Medicine on the Frontier podcast and produce other upcoming podcasts, which I am excited to share.

I have been accepted on expeditions to some of the most challenging environments in the world, including the Arctic, jungle, and desert, as the official photographer, photographing people and wildlife in the U.K. and abroad. In 2023, I qualified as a commercial scuba diver with the Health and Safety Executive.

Aside from my photographic work, I am finishing my studies to qualify as a paramedic with a particular focus in remote medicine and challenging environments. This has provided a resilient mindset and varied skill set. I am now an Assistant Instructor on remote and wilderness medicine Unique Expeditions and have given talks on these subjects to students and working professionals at different conferences and events. In recognition of my contributions to the field of expeditions, I was awarded a fellowship to the Royal Geographical Society in London.

I am especially interested in working with projects focusing on one health, conservation, humanitarian crises and conflict. I would love to be able to combine my clinical career and photojournalism through meaningful projects.
